This was a perfect item for her to have and she loves it. Being able to have it recharge and be mobile has been a huge plus. She charges before her team traval and she is not the only one that utilizes it.

I have the pink color and it is a pretty pearlized pink. The safety cap keeps it clean and secure in between uses. I really like how convenient it is to use!
I probably don’t use this like most people use this…I am using this to “volumize” my hair instead of straightening hair, since I have normally straight hair. (I did not test this on curly or wavy hair, so I can’t speak to how it works for that, but for my purpose it works great.) The hair is easily grasped and held in securely with a gripper, so you can style sections, a little at a time.
There are three temperature settings for different types of hair. My hair is fine, so the lowest setting was best. I don’t have really thick hair so the iron works for a few uses on one charge, but your mileage may vary if you do have thicker hair or style your hair for longer amounts of time. (I am using this more for touch-ups while out, and not full styling scenarios.)
If you want a travel iron that will fit in your purse, work or gym bag, and want to refresh your style quickly and easily, even in your car, this definitely can check off those boxes!
I ordered this flat iron for traveling. Because it is USB rechargeable, I don’t have to worry about where plugs are in a hotel room and I have no worries about the voltage of the country I am in. It recharges quickly enough, though in order to keep to a schedule, when traveling I recharge it after using it since it cannot be used while charging.
The cover for this flat iron is great. It makes sure the ‘safety switch’ is on: when the cover on, this device cannot accidentally turn on, for example, in my luggage. The cover protects other items from heat if I don’t have time to cool the flat iron down completely before packing it up. And the cover also makes the device easy to pack since the 2 sides are always closed, not getting caught in something else.
For me, this iron works well. I did not expect it to work as well or as efficiently as my at-home hair tools, especially since the flat iron plates are shorter than my at-home model. But when traveling I go pretty minimalist with hair — get rid of frizz, put a bit of wave on the ends—basically just make sure my hair isn’t weird. I can both flatten and create waves with this, though to do lots of waves in my long, thick hair would take a long time with this. I wondered about the comb-like edges, and it turns out they work fine. I need to make sure my hair is combed anyway, and once my hair is combed, those edges work nicely. This is a great travel flat iron. A nice benefit is that I can also throw this in my bag if I haven’t finished styling my hair before I need to leave for an event. It is a bit heavier than I expected—I always try to make my luggage as light as possible—but the advantages outweigh (yes, I meant the pun) the added ounces. I recommend this flat iron.
I've not had an issue with the battery but I'm not dealing with a full head of long hair either.

Even though it's got a battery, it's not heavy, so it doesn't wear you out using it.
There are only two things I didn't love - one, it heats up in your hand.
Not so much I had to put it down, but if someone had really sensitive hands, it could be a
problem.
And second, it took longer than expected to charge up. IT's not really a problem, you just
have to plan ahead.
The quality of this hair straightener is great. Much nicer than I expected, actually. It has a great compact design, perfect for travel. The way the cover attaches gives it a very sleek look and it has a handy safety lock. The design also makes it highly unlikely to accidentally turn the heat on due to the safety features. I like that it comes with a nice soft carrying pouch to keep it from getting scuffed up when on the go. It is SO convenient not to have a power cord to contend with. The battery charges pretty quickly. You have 3 temperature settings to choose from and it achieves the selected temp VERY quickly. It doesn’t come with a charging block, just a USB-C cable, which is a bummer. Other than that, the only other negative I can think of is that this straightener is a bit pricey. But overall, I’m very pleased with this and can highly recommend it.
I had been using a chorded mini straightener for travel before, and I thought it was convenient, but the chord always drove me nuts. It still had some bulk to it because of that darn chord. This device however, is so sleek! The lack of a chord make such a huge difference in how easy it is to pack. I can slip it into my purse to take to work and fix my bangs right at my desk in a snap, no problem, no fuss, no extra thought. It heats up so fast and when you're done, just put the cap back on and it flips the off switch automatically.
This works best when working with smaller areas of your hair, if you have a lot of hair to style, it will not be as good as a regular straightener. I was able to add beachy waves to my hip-length thick (but fine) hair, but it took a little more effort for such a large volume of hair. For flattening fly-aways or styling fringe, though, this thing is a lifesaver!
I am very pleased with this selection as a travel flat iron. It is small but mighty. The flat iron has three temperature selections to choose from. I found that my fine, wavy hair did best with the middle setting. Due to its smaller size, it works best doing smaller sections of hair at a time. The charge lasted through two full flat ironings for me. It charged fairly quickly. You can not use it while it is charging, so you need to be sure to recharge it when the battery is low. There is a battery charge indicator that will display how much charge remains.
The unit is small, about the size of a hair brush. It closes with a cap like a lipstick tube. It is easy to operate with easy to read temperature and battery displays. The edge of the iron has comb like tines that I wasn't sure I would like, but they do a nice job of keeping your hair untangled as you iron your hair. It's a particularly nice feature for longer hair, and doesn't leave any ridging on your hair.
I love that I don't have to worry about local electrical outlets or dual voltage situations for this unit since I can easily charge it with any usb c source. This is a well thought out design for a travel flat iron, and I'm really happy with how well it works. I recommend this one.
The box comes with a flat iron and a USB cord. The iron has a safety slide that needs to be pushed to the on position before pressing the on/off button below it. To turn the iron on the on/off button must be pressed for a few seconds until the temperature button lights up. Press the button again to change the temperature. There is a port on the bottom for the USB cord. Also included is a drawstring bag. Instructions are included.

Straightener. It is simple to use but very effective. This has been great for travel.
The hair straightener is of nice quality. I like that it is near impossible to burn yourself when using it. It comes with a cap that keeps it closed and safe during travel. It is somewhat heavier than previous flat irons that I have used.
As stated in the IFU, it takes about 3.5 hours to fully charge using the included USB-C cord. Light flashes during charge and becomes solid when it is completed. There are 4 temperature options to be set by user once the straightener is turned on. The only negatives that I can say about using this product is that it is very easy to accidentally change the temperature selection during use because of the position of the buttons and it doesn't appear to have an auto off feature. The battery only holds the charge for 30 minutes per the IFU so the auto off might not be an issue.
The product worked as expected in styling my hair. I will use this product when traveling.
Use: Long press the power button to turn it on/off, and short press to change settings. It heats up exceptionally fast, and is quite lightweight considering it has a battery pack in it.
Overall, it's a very well built straightener, and heats up very fast. It's also a great price considering it's also wireless, which makes it great for traveling. I don't like that I can't find the certifications anywhere, but it's a decision I leave buyers to make having that information.

Charged the straightener and put it to the test right away with positive results shown in the pictures. The heat output is not as good as a salon quality straighter however it does get the job done efficiently and effectively considering its using battery power and not a large amount of electricity.
The lock function works properly to keep to straightener closed while cooling off however I noticed that it can be forced open even when locked using very little effort.
I did 4, 10 minute straightening sessions at max temp and battery life appears to be on last dot now. Using lower temp settings would likely extend the battery life.
Charges via USB and can be kept plugged in to preserve the battery life.

Overall, this straightener is good, I really like that it's cordless and rechargeable.
It is easy to grip as the exterior is soft silicone material. It heats up quickly. It's easy to carry in the car for travel or a weekend getaway. It charges with included USB-C charger. This is great to have at the office
so you can use when needed. If you have to leave from work and go directly somewhere, you can easily have your straightener/curler available. The heating plates can be locked in place by pushing the lock button on the side. There is a battery indicator on the device so you always know when it's time to charge.
The locking feature was a bit complicated for me at first, until I figured out that it was just an easy back/forth toggle.
I would definitely practice with this before you throw it into a suitcase. You want to make sure you’ve got it figured it out!
It came pre-charged. I pulled of the cap and it felt like tongs. I love the safety switch feature. I wouldn’t want it to turn on in my luggage or something (it really wouldn’t turn on when I left the safety switch on “Off” You have to slide it up before you press the power button to turn it on). I long pressed it on (three seconds, according to the instructions). I like this second safety feature to prevent it from turning on my accident. I wanted the lowest setting and it was already on it so I just waited.

200C/400F Thick Hair
I waited until the white light stopped blinking and started to tame my poor, frizzy 2a waved hair (it was not looking very nice today). It was so easy to use! I felt some traction so I knew it was going to work (it didn’t pull or anything, but I could feel that the plates were touching it). It wasn’t as super smooth as some (but super smooth also can cause issues), but I didn’t feel it was a problem. It straighten my hair pretty fast. I was happy :) No more frizz for me, but now I kind of want some waves in just my bangs. It curled my bangs really fast and it was easy to do, too! I love this thing!
I did accidentally push the heart button a few times (it’s right where my fingers go to hold it) but it was short enough push that the temperature didn’t change.
It’s a bit heavier than my current travel iron (which it will replace!) but it has to be because of the lithium battery that makes it cordless. It wasn’t too heavy for me, though :) The handle fit in my smaller hands really well.
You don’t need to worry about voltage because it’s just USB C to A. It doesn’t come with a charging block (but does have a white charging cable…black would have been cooler), but as long as you have the right charging block for wherever you are, you’ll be fine :) It does not have a double insulated mark.
It cools fast! It only took ten minutes for it to cool down enough for even me to put away! That’s faster than any other hair straightener or curler I’ve tried! Impressive :)
I thought it was kind of weird that you can’t use it while charging, but it’s not really an issue for me. I really love this straightener :)
P.S. The gray velvet bag fits everything in it it (the straightener, the cord, the instructions) nicely. I wish it was black or red, though. I like things to match.
